Overview:

Barbara Harper will demo a trial copy of CA’s Agile Requirements Designer (ARD). This tool is intended to produce automated test cases from flow chart representations of business rules. According to CA’s website, “Test at the speed of agile with the automation of requirements and test design.”  


We will also be holding our annual AGM to discuss the state of the chapter as well as hold elections for the following positions:

  1. President
  2. VP of Marketing and Sponsorship
  3. Treasurer

We are always looking for volunteers to help out with the chapter in various ways. If you would like to volunteer, please reach out to Simon Khodab.

Guest Speaker:

Barbara Klein Harper is a Senior Business Analyst and member of an Agile development team at UPS Information Services in Timonium, MD. She facilitates the BABOK3 Study Group organized by the Baltimore IIBA chapter. She has over twenty years of varied experience in software development and deployment, business analysis, project management, training, and machine translation. Barbara has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Computational Linguistics. Professional certifications include Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Disciplined Agilist from the Disciplined Agile Consortium, and Certified Business Analysis Professional from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

Barbara lives in the Otterbein neighborhood of Baltimore City with her husband Steven and daughter Catherine.
