PLEASE NOTE: Due to scheduling conflicts, our June meeting has been pushed up to June 7th, rather than the normal second Tuesday of the month.

Overview:

The primary challenge to building a truly Agile enterprise is figuring out how to take the dynamic methods intended for small teams and grow this power at a company or even corporate level.

Using the popular Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as a starting point, we will spend this evening looking at how to evaluate the myriad of approaches to scaling up Agile thinking and how this all affects your team, your company, and your career.

6:00 - 6:45 PM Food, Drinks & Networking

6:45 - 7:00 PM Chapter Announcements

7:00 - 8:00 PM Professional Development Presentation

8:00 - 8:15 PM Q&A and Wrap-up

Guest Speaker:

Frank Balogh Is Principal Enterprise Coach for AOL Platforms.
